My name is Nicole and I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and self-esteem. I truly believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, and I am ready to meet you wherever you might be in your mental health journey. My approach to therapy emphasizes collaboration and empowerment.
I highlight self-compassion and pull from CBT and ACT, as well as strengths-based and solution-focused therapy. I am here to support you in discovering what you ultimately want, while also providing tools, education and feedback. From working through my own mental health journey, I know how daunting it can feel to start therapy. You don’t need to feel “ready” or “prepared” – reaching out and taking that first step is often half the battle.
