Natalia is a LMHC with a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and her Master’s Certified Addiction Professional certificate in 2022. Natalia is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for around 10 years. She works with a range of ages from 6 years old to 100 years old. Natalia loves being a counselor and impacting people’s lives by working with them while we learn how to make choices that positively impact their well-being and achieve their goals. Her mission is to provide my clients with extended behavioral health and prevention services to empower them to become the best version of themselves and reduce symptoms. One of the coping skills Natalia uses to support her mental wellness is doing exercises, reading, watching movies, and volunteering.
