Meredith Powell, LPCC

Therapist

Hi I’m Meredith! By searching for the right therapist for you, you’re taking the first difficult step towards feeling understood, empowered, and supported as you work toward healing and personal growth. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, creativity, self-compassion, and developing practical tools for everyday life.

I am a LPCC and Provisionally Registered Art Therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in working with families and neurodivergent individuals, creating a therapeutic environment that honors each person’s unique strengths, needs, and experiences.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in the therapeutic relationship and authenticity. I utilize an integrative approach tailored to each client’s goals, drawing from Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Play Therapy Techniques, and other evidence-based modalities.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy painting, exploring Colorado’s trails through hiking, and spending quality time with friends and family. These experiences help me stay grounded and connected to the creativity and relationships that I value both personally and professionally.
