Mallory is a limited licensed clinician who takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She strives to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as their authentic selves. Her work is rooted in empathy and collaboration, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward their personal goals. She has experience working with a range of concerns, including life transitions, anxiety, domestic violence, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Outside of the therapy room she enjoys connecting with friends over coffee, reading memoirs, and going out for ice cream.
