Laurie Jain is an Associate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups across diverse backgrounds and age groups (can work with Children 5yo-12yo). Her experience has been working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. She integrates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy to tailor treatment plans to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her goal is to empower clients to develop coping skills, build resilience, and achieve lasting positive change in their lives. In her free time, Laurie enjoys playing games and watching movies with her family and friends.
