Kyna received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine. She taught art for twenty-five years where she learned the value of acknowledging diversity and culture in building relationships and brings this into her clinical work. She has experience with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and gender identity. Kyna incorporates art techniques to support the therapeutic process and is person centered.
Working with clients is her passion and positive change is very important to her. Kyna works with clients to value and improve quality of life believing that Mental health is key to a successful life.
