Kristyn Duffy, LCSW


Kristyn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in: court systems, child welfare, and pediatric, adult, and family therapy. Kristyn specializes in working with people experiencing conduct and behavioral dysregulation, grief and loss, suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors, gender and identity topics, interpersonal conflict, violent behaviors, and a wide variety of diagnoses (e.g. depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, substance use disorders, OCD). Kristyn focuses on validating unique circumstances and experiences while building confidence in skill usage, educating on mental health subjects, and modeling approaches. Kristyn utilizes a person-first focus built around trust and respect in a safe and judgement free environment. Some modalities that Kristyn utilizes are CBT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, mindfulness, family-systems, and narrative therapy along with others.
