About Kayla Elzie
Authenticity is at the heart of my work as a therapist. I show up as my genuine self so that you can feel safe showing up as yours—fidgets, laughter, and the occasional curse word included.
As a proud member of both the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating identity, unmasking, and life as a late-identified neurodivergent person. I understand how complex, beautiful, and challenging that journey can be.
My therapeutic style is eclectic—I believe no single approach works for everyone. Together, we’ll create a personalized mosaic of care that fits who you are and what you need. I integrate Geek Therapy principles and continually work to decolonize my practice to make therapy a more inclusive and empowering space.
I’m sex-positive, kink-aware, and affirming of LGBTQ+ and ENM identities.
Want to get back to, or discover, your most authentic self? Let’s work together!
