I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy rooted in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity.
As a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and families in foster care, school-based, and higher-acuity mental health settings, I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can process challenges, develop insight, and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, traveling, yoga, baking, and spending time with my family, friends, and 2 cats.
