Josiah Groves specializes in working with children through play therapy, providing a safe and supportive environment where they can express emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches, he helps children navigate anxiety, behavioral concerns, impulsivity, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges.
In addition to working with children, Josiah provides therapy for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. He is passionate about creating a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can gain insight, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Josiah strives to meet each client where they are while empowering them with the tools and support they need to thrive.
