Jewel is a pre-licensed therapist who has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children as well as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.
Jewel uses relational-cultural therapy as a way to discuss societal factors that contribute to mental health for women, the LGBTQ+ community, and other marginalized groups. She focuses on self-love in addition to holistic counseling interventions that will help create physical, emotional, and spiritual balance in a client’s life.
Outside of her work she enjoys music, creating art, going to aquariums, and visiting different botanical gardens.
