Jessica is an attentive, creative, and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping individuals move toward greater emotional well-being and self-understanding. She is a graduate of DePaul University, where she earned her Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jessica also holds a certificate in Integrative Mental Health, allowing her to take a more holistic lens in supporting the mind-body connection and helping clients explore how nutrition, sleep, movement, and lifestyle can complement emotional healing. Jessica’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused practices. She strives to create a space that is rooted in human connection—where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Her style is collaborative, conversational, and tailored to each person’s needs, honoring their unique experiences and strengths.
Jessica connects well with adolescent, teen, and adult clients. She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and relational concerns. Whether clients are facing internal struggles or external stressors, she helps them uncover new perspectives, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their values and goals.
One of Jessica’s core beliefs is that therapy should feel both safe and empowering. She meets clients where they are and gently guides them toward insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Her training in integrative mental health offers clients additional tools to examine the connections between emotional health and physical wellness—something especially helpful for those seeking a more comprehensive approach to care.
Jessica embodies a warm and approachable presence, making therapy feel less like a clinical experience and more like a supportive, meaningful conversation. She finds deep fulfillment in walking alongside her clients as they grow, heal, and gain confidence in themselves.
Outside of the therapy room, Jessica nurtures her creativity through choreographing and teaching dance. She enjoys recharging through yoga, cuddling with her two cats, and sipping very large cups of coffee. These personal joys help her stay grounded, present, and inspired in her work with clients.
Jessica is honored to support individuals on their path to wellness and believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion. No matter where someone is starting from, she is committed to creating a space where growth feels possible.
