I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their experiences. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, or relationship stress and are looking for both insight and practical tools.
My approach is thoughtful and reflective. I work collaboratively with clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building strategies that support lasting change. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
I also take an integrative mental health approach, recognizing the role that sleep, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle can play in emotional well-being. My goal is to help clients build sustainable habits that support both mental and emotional health.
I earned my Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University and hold a certificate in Integrative Mental Health. Clients often appreciate the balance of insight and practical guidance in our work together.
