With nearly six years of experience in mental health, Elisabeth S. Pomeroy is a compassionate counselor trainee professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Throughout her career, Elisabeth has supported adolescents, adults, & families experiencing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Her experience includes providing individual, group, and family counseling, addiction recovery, career development & adjustment, developing personalized treatment plans, and community-based settings.
Passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment, Elisabeth believes that meaningful therapeutic relationships are the foundation of healing and personal growth. She strives to empower clients by helping them build resilience, develop healthy habitual skills, and achieve lasting positive change.
An avid animal lover, she also appreciates the unique role compassion and connection can play in the healing process.
