Daphne McHale, MA, LPCC

Therapist

Daphne works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and substance use. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients explore their experiences and better understand themselves. Daphne enjoys integrating her clinical training to help clients build self-compassion and achieve meaningful, sustainable change.

Daphne earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Holy Family University. Her approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Daphne uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with Mindfulness techniques to help clients build insight and explore patterns while building strong coping skills. She prioritizes creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace.

Outside of work, Daphne enjoys pilates, reading thrillers, spending time outside, and hanging out with her cat, Luna.
