Damira is an LCSW with a Master’s degree from UConn School of Social Work and nearly four years of clinical experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan. She has experience in nonprofit outpatient settings and utilizes modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Damira creates a safe, supportive environment where clients build resilience and feel empowered to navigate challenges and achieve goals. Damira works with individuals ages 16 through older adulthood, specializing in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and trauma.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, coloring, and relaxing with her cat, Minxe.
