Carrie Hughes is a Licensed Social Worker in Ohio who holds a Master of Social Work and has experience supporting individuals across a range of mental health and substance use concerns in outpatient and crisis settings. She works with individuals navigating major life transitions, as well as those experiencing concerns related to depression, anxiety, and trauma.

Carrie is particularly passionate about supporting individuals in building stability and resilience. She uses Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients practice self-reflection, build coping tools, and create meaningful goals. She recognizes the value of laughter in the healing process and strives to create a space that feels both supportive and approachable. Carrie strives to help clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.

When Carrie is not in at the office, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Willow, watching historical documentaries, and crocheting.
