I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who enjoys working with teens and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, whether that’s stress, past experiences, or everything in between. I also have a growing passion for supporting first responders and the unique experiences they carry.
My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of what you’ve been through and where you want to go next. I strive to create a space that feels genuine, compassionate, and grounded, where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard and understood. I have experience supporting individuals working through trauma, depression, and anxiety, and I approach each person with curiosity, respect, and care.
I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic mindfulness, and an understanding of the nervous system. Together, we’ll build awareness, find balance, and develop tools that feel practical and meaningful in your day-to-day life. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can offer a structured and supportive way to process difficult experiences and find relief.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time with my family, cheering on hockey (Go Knights Go), exploring local farmers markets, or enjoying a quiet day at home with a good book
