Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck during a life transition, managing difficult emotions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, Brook is passionate about helping you build the confidence and tools to move forward.
Brook is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who earned her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences from Rowan University.
She works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and a variety of other mental health concerns. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, sensory regulation strategies, and solution-focused therapy, Brook creates individualized treatment plans that help clients develop practical skills they can use long after therapy ends.
Before becoming a therapist, Brook gained valuable experience providing individual and group therapy in community mental health settings, serving as a substitute teacher for students in PreK-12, and supporting individuals through a mental health helpline. These experiences strengthened her passion for meeting people where they are and helping them recognize the strengths they may not yet see in themselves.
Outside the office, you’ll likely find Brook exploring hiking trails, practicing yoga, cooking, discovering a new coffee shop, listening to music, or spending time outdoors. She believes that balance, movement, and moments of rest all play an important role in emotional wellness and strives to help clients create that same balance in their own lives.
**Brook’s mission is simple:** to help every client leave each session feeling heard, supported, empowered, and more hopeful than when they arrived.
