Annaleah understands navigating mental health issues can be challenging at times! She’s here to support you through your challenges by providing a nonjudgmental space for you to be with your thoughts and feelings. During sessions, Annaleah will empower you to create solutions to your problems by gently guiding you to develop trust within yourself. Annaleah believes you are the greatest expert on your own life, and you hold all the answers within yourself, sometimes you need a little guidance to get there.

Annaleah takes a holistic approach to psychotherapy that involves mindfulness, somatic awareness, and addressing how lifestyle and wellness impact mental health. She is trained in person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solutions focused therapy, self-compassion, and parts work. She takes an intuitive approach to find the best solution for you as a unique individual and collaborates with you to know what works for you. Whether you want to talk about life challenges, mental health issues, or spirituality Annaleah is here for it all.

In her free time, you can find her in nature, sweating at the gym, at the yoga studio, or cuddled up with her pup watching a show with a cup of tea.
