Amanda Reimer, LISW-S, (she/her) is a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor with over eight years of experience in mental health, crisis intervention, and clinical leadership.
Amanda’s clinical approach is collaborative, direct, and strengths based. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients identify patterns, build coping skills, clarify goals, and create meaningful, measurable changes.
Her therapeutic approach emphasizes practical tools, self-reflection, and empowerment, particularly for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and major life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals living with chronic health conditions and members of the LGBTQIA+ community through affirming, stigma-informed care.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her two cats, getting lost in a good book, and unwinding with a binge-worthy reality TV series. She believes balance, humor, and authenticity are essential components of both healing and living well.
