I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with two master’s degrees—one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and the other in School Counseling. I have several years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families.
One of the biggest misconceptions about therapy is that something has to be “wrong” before you seek help. In reality, therapy is for anyone looking to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, build healthy coping skills, navigate life transitions, process difficult emotions, or simply improve their overall well-being. Seeking support is a sign of self-awareness and courage, not weakness.
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people discover their inner strength and resilience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build confidence, overcome challenges, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
When you sit across from me, I want you to feel like you’ve entered an emotional sanctuary—a place where you are met with compassion, understanding, and acceptance.
I have experience working with elementary-aged children (5–11), adolescents and teens (10–19), young adults, and families. I also have training in Emotional First Aid, which complements my approach to helping clients build resilience and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, taking long walks, and staying active through exercise. These activities help me maintain balance and allow me to bring my best self to the clients I serve.
