Abby Stocksdale is a Counselor Trainee (CT) who goes to Wright State University and is dedicated to creating a supportive, affirming space where clients feel safe exploring even the most difficult parts of their experiences. She has worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and LGBTQIA+ concerns, and she strives to meet each person with empathy, respect, and openness.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in honesty. She believes meaningful growth happens when clients feel both supported and gently challenged, and she aims to balance compassion with directness to help individuals build insight, resilience, and lasting change.
