About Hannah Carkins

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working with clients 8 and older online and in person. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma/grief. My goal is to create a safe space without judgment. I know therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, so I strive to tailor my approach to be individualized to your needs. We will explore different tools and develop coping strategies to help navigate the hard times life throws at you, so you are able to be yourself again. When I am not in sessions, I am crafting, reading or spending time with my two children. I love humor and knowing we don’t need to be serious all the time, healing comes in many forms. Whether we are meeting online or in person, I want to be here to support you in every way. To help you manage your anxiety or depression or how to cope with your grief/trauma in ways that feel manageable and healing, just one session at a time.
