I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to instilling hope and empowering clients to embrace the possibility of change. I have experience working with diverse presenting problems and specialize in assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, life transitions, peer relationships, family conflict, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
Taking an individualized approach to working with clients, I utilize several therapy approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Creating a safe and supportive environment is my utmost priority, where individuals feel safe and heard.
