I believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that shape your experiences, and develop meaningful ways to move forward. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring what is going on beneath the surface.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I work with clients to explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and everyday experiences while developing practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused techniques, and a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals.
I also take an integrative approach to mental health and recognize the connection between emotional and physical well-being. With a background in dance performance and additional training in integrative mental health, I understand how factors such as movement, sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily routines can influence how we feel. When helpful, we can explore these areas alongside traditional therapy to build sustainable habits that support overall well-being.
I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University and hold a certificate in Integrative Mental Health. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence, balance, and resilience while providing both the space to process difficult experiences and practical tools they can carry into everyday life.
