Zaria is a mental health therapist with Ellie Mental Health Manassas who believes meaningful growth begins with awareness, intentional steps, and the right support. She views therapy as planting a seed—introducing insight, hope, and possibility—while working alongside clients to nurture that seed into meaningful and lasting growth.
Zaria provides in-person therapy in Manassas, serving clients from Manassas, Prince William County, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities. She works with adults, teens and pre-teens facing a variety of challenges, including ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, behavior issues, grief and loss, self esteem, stress management, trauma, and other challenges.
Creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment is central to Zaria’s work. She believes each client brings their own experiences, strengths, and goals to therapy and works collaboratively with clients to understand what matters most to them and what they hope to change.
Zaria uses an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She carefully tailors therapy to each client, helping them develop greater insight, recognize their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
