Emma is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Emma supports concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, family stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. She takes a warm, collaborative approach and integrates CBT, IFS, Polyvagal theory, person-centered, trauma-informed, and creative interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
