About Sarah Duncan

As Clinic Manager at Ellie Mental Health Broomfield West, Sarah believes that great care starts behind the scenes, with a team that feels supported and a clinic that feels easy to walk into. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She brings over a decade of experience across medical social work, outpatient mental health, and crisis intervention, along with a background in nonprofit leadership. That experience shapes the trauma-informed, strengths-based approach she takes to everything from supporting clinicians to helping clients find the right fit.

Sarah has spent much of her career leading multidisciplinary teams and providing clinical supervision, and she loves helping new therapists grow into confident, skilled clinicians. She is motivated by connecting people with the resources they need and removing the barriers that can make it hard to reach out for help. She believes everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and that Ellie can make that a reality for more of our community. The Ellie value of authenticity resonates with her, and she works every day to build a collaborative space where both clients and clinicians feel empowered to grow.

Outside of work, Sarah recently relocated to Colorado and enjoys exploring the state’s outdoors and communities with her husband and tween. Everyone needs help sometimes. We’re here to help and can’t wait to meet you!
