Let’s be honest: life can be messy. Sometimes you feel like you have it all together, and other times you’re just trying to figure out what the heck you’re doing. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of what comes next, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy is a space to show up as you are, catch your breath, and remember that you’re a work in progress—not a finished product.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life changes. I also enjoy supporting clients exploring men’s issues and the unique dynamics of mixed-race and multicultural relationships. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you feel understood, accepted, and encouraged to be yourself.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that growth happens when we feel supported enough to try something new. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build practical tools, challenge the unhelpful stories you may tell yourself, and celebrate the small wins that move you forward. There may be setbacks along the way, and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always a straight line, and you don’t have to get everything right to keep growing.
I believe you’re more than your hardest days, your past experiences, or the things you wish you could change. You have strengths worth building on and possibilities worth exploring. Think of therapy as having someone in your corner while you learn to trust yourself, navigate life’s curveballs, and find your own version of success.
You don’t have to be fearless to take the first step—you just have to be willing to try. If you’re ready to work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and true to who you are, I’d be glad to be part of your team.
