Life can bring a lot of pressure, whether you’re managing work and family responsibilities, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to make sense of stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions. I specialize in working with men who may be used to handling things on their own but are ready for a place to talk openly, gain perspective, and find healthier ways to manage life’s challenges. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about having the space to work through things without judgment.
I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. My approach is person-centered, which means our work starts with you: your experiences, your goals, and what matters most in your life. I’m here to listen, help you recognize your strengths, and offer practical tools and a fresh perspective as you work toward meaningful change.
My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you can be yourself, feel heard, and move at your own pace. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply know that something needs to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my dog and unwinding with video games. I believe that building a genuine connection matters, and I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are and feel comfortable being yourself.
