Is your child, teen, or young adult struggling with anxiety, ADHD, big emotions, low self-esteem, school stress, or friendships? They may worry constantly, become overwhelmed easily, shut down when things feel difficult, or have trouble expressing what they need.
I provide a warm, supportive space where young people can feel understood while building confidence, coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthier ways to navigate challenges at home, school, and in relationships.
I tailor therapy to each client’s age, personality, and needs. Together, we can work on understanding emotions, managing anxiety and stress, strengthening coping and communication skills, building self-confidence, and finding practical strategies that help everyday life feel more manageable.
I am a Limited License Social Worker in Michigan with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Oakland University. Since 2022, I have supported children and teens with their mental and behavioral health needs. My goal is for therapy to feel comfortable, genuine, and engaging while helping each client make meaningful progress.
