Jeanine is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina who believes meaningful healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely accepted. She strives to create a warm, welcoming space where clients can show up exactly as they are without judgment, and know they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
Known for her bright personality, caring nature, and ability to truly listen, Jeanine brings authenticity, compassion, and hope into every session. While therapy often involves exploring difficult emotions and experiences, she believes it can also be a place filled with encouragement, laughter, self-discovery, and meaningful growth. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling seen, empowered, and reminded that lasting change is possible.
Jeanine primarily uses Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals, couples, and families identify their strengths, build practical coping strategies, and create lasting change. She enjoys supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, boundary-setting, and self-esteem challenges. One of the areas closest to Jeanine’s heart is supporting women navigating life after the end of a relationship, helping them rebuild confidence, reconnect with who they are, establish healthy boundaries, and move forward with clarity, purpose, and self-worth. She believes that while we can’t always change what has happened to us, we can choose how we heal and move forward.
When she’s not in the office, Jeanine enjoys spending time with friends and family, binge-watching her favorite TV shows, and hanging out with Dove, her Yorkie.
