Kenzie offers a compassionate, respectful, and empowering space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful goals. She sees clients as the experts of their own lives and approaches therapy as a supportive, honest, and collaborative guide.
Kenzie earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from IU Columbus and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sport Psychology from Grace College. Her background spans a variety of settings, including supporting emotional regulation in children at an autism center, delivering body safety education in schools, and providing trauma-informed care for adults in residential settings.
Kenzie supports adolescents, young adults, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, relational issues, major life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma.
Her therapeutic framework integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an attachment-focused lens, while also incorporating modalities such as DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. She helps clients understand how past experiences, early relationships, and learned core beliefs shape current thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns. Drawing from her background in sport psychology, Kenzie also enjoys working with athletes navigating performance anxiety, burnout, or identity shifts. Additionally, for those who desire it, she is open to incorporating faith-integrated conversations into the therapeutic process.
Kenzie would be honored to be a part of your journey and walk alongside you as you build resilience, gain insight, and foster meaningful growth.
