You don’t have to have it all figured out to start healing.
Life in your teens and twenties can come with a lot of changes, pressure, and questions about who you are and who you want to become. Sometimes, it’s hard to put what you’re feeling into words, especially when you’re carrying experiences from the past. I believe healing can happen through connection, creativity, mindfulness, and giving yourself permission to show up as you are.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and integrative, meaning we’ll work together to find what feels right for you. I incorporate art therapy and mindfulness to help you explore your emotions, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with yourself. When navigating trauma, talking about what happened isn’t always easy, and sometimes words don’t feel like enough. Art can offer another way to express emotions, explore experiences at your own pace, and begin making sense of things that may feel difficult to put into words. You don’t have to be an artist or even know where to start—creativity is simply another way to explore what healing can look like for you.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, and chronic health challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, working through past experiences, or trying to better understand yourself, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to explore who you are without judgment. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy creating art, spending time with friends and family, and finding inspiration in nature through hiking and skiing.
