You don’t have to reach a breaking point to deserve support.
Maybe you’re tired of overthinking, repeating the same patterns, or being the person who holds everything together. Maybe you’re navigating a difficult transition, working through past experiences, or trying to understand why certain things feel harder than they should. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have all the answers to get started.
I work with emerging adults and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, boundaries, and life transitions. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Together, we’ll make space for the hard stuff, explore what’s no longer working, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from DePaul University, with a concentration in College Counseling and Student Affairs. My background in community mental health and higher education has shaped my approach, which draws primarily from Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor our work to your experiences, needs, and goals because therapy should never be one-size-fits-all.
I’m passionate about creating an affirming, inclusive space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have it all together. I have a particular interest in supporting men and women from diverse backgrounds who are navigating trauma and intergenerational patterns. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, trust your voice, and build a life that feels more fulfilling than simply getting through the day.
Outside the therapy room, I’m usually cooking, decorating, watching a good show or true crime documentary, or exploring all things beauty and skincare.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I look forward to meeting you.
