Maybe you feel stuck in a place you never expected to be. Something has changed—in your relationship, your family, your sense of yourself, or the life you thought you were building—and you’re not sure how to find your way back. You might feel sad, hopeless, confused, disconnected, or simply like something is “off.” Maybe you know exactly what happened, or maybe you just know you don’t feel like yourself anymore. Therapy can give you a place to make sense of what’s happened and begin figuring out what you need now.
Sarah works with individuals and couples who want to feel more connected—to themselves, to each other, and to the lives they’re creating. Her approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, with room for the messy and sometimes contradictory feelings that come with being human. Together, you’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped where you are, and work toward feeling more grounded, hopeful, and able to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
As an LMFT, Sarah brings a relationship and systems perspective to her work and incorporates EMDR, Gottman Method, and other evidence-based approaches based on each client’s needs. She has extensive advanced training in perinatal mental health and particularly enjoys supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the transition to parenthood. She also works with couples navigating communication difficulties, disconnection, conflict, and infidelity, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, identity changes, and major life transitions.
Outside of the therapy room, Sarah loves board games, spending time with her kids and partner, hanging out with her dogs, reading and learning about whatever has caught her interest lately, and the thrill of finding a really great deal.
