I am a highly experienced mental health professional with over 14 years of experience providing outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families. My clinical practice is grounded in a strengths-based, humanistic, and client-centered approach that recognizes each client’s inherent resilience, individuality, and capacity for growth. I work collaboratively with clients to create a supportive therapeutic environment in which their experiences, identities, strengths, and goals are respected and incorporated into treatment.
I utilize an eclectic integration of evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to the unique needs, developmental level, preferences, and treatment goals of each client. My practice is informed by trauma and intersectionality frameworks, allowing me to consider the impact of trauma, identity, relationships, systems, and lived experiences on an individual’s emotional and behavioral functioning.
My areas of clinical experience include trauma, neurodivergent functioning, relational and family concerns, depression, anxiety, self-injurious behaviors, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and phase-of-life stressors. I have particular competency in supporting individuals impacted by trauma and those with neurodivergent presentations, while maintaining a broad clinical scope that allows her to address complex and intersecting needs.
In addition to my LPC credentials in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, I am a Licensed Behavior Specialist, Therapeutic Gamemaster, Trauma Competent Professional, and Board Certified Art Therapist. These complementary areas of training inform my flexible and creative approach to treatment, allowing her to incorporate behavioral, expressive, experiential, and relational interventions when clinically appropriate.
Overall, my approach emphasizes collaboration, authenticity, strengths, and individualized care. I seek to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, building on existing resilience, navigating challenges, and identifying meaningful pathways toward personal growth and improved well-being.
