Amanda is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who is driven by helping people understand themselves, build self-trust, and create meaningful change. She takes a collaborative, compassionate approach to therapy, supporting individuals as they navigate self-doubt, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that can keep us stuck. Amanda is particularly interested in women’s mental health, including cycle related mood changes, as well as helping individuals explore their relationship with substances. She also enjoys working with adolescents as they navigate emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Her approach is holistic, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit and the importance of treating the whole person.
