About Sydney Sliter
Sydney is a Master of Social Work graduate from Louisiana State University who loves helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. She uses a person-centered, eclectic approach, drawing from various evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. Sydney brings humor (when appropriate), positivity, and authenticity to her work. Originally from a small town in Indiana, she focused her undergraduate years on learning more about diversity and earned a certificate in gerontology before becoming a preschool teacher. Most recently, she spent 4+ years working with adults in an inpatient mental health setting. Simply put, she is a down-to-earth person passionate about helping others in their journeys. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys nature, traveling, family, friends, and her dogs.
