Letisha Stovall LeBlanc is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing mental and behavioral health services across all ages. Her clinical approach is grounded in the cognitive behavioral therapeutic process and a person-centered approach. She believes that every person has unique strengths, experiences, and circumstances that shape their journey, and she strives to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.
Letisha is passionate about helping people solve problems, overcome barriers, and develop the skills and confidence needed to move toward the life they want. She works to meet each client where they are while respecting their individual needs, experiences, values, and goals.
Her therapeutic approach draws from a variety of evidence-informed and strengths-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, AutPlay Therapy, Art Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Empowerment Theory. She integrates these approaches thoughtfully based on each client’s needs, preferences, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Outside of her professional life, Letisha enjoys spending time with her family, working out, attending her children’s events, hiking, and listening to live music. She values spending time outdoors, traveling, and enjoying new experiences with the people she loves. Letisha looks forward to meeting new clients, building meaningful therapeutic relationships, and helping each person discover their own path toward growth, healing, and the life they want to live.
