I am a Clinical Social Worker candidate dedicated to working alongside people to assist them on their individual life journeys. I believe that wellness is possible for all. I believe therapists are great resources that meet us in our points of need and help us navigate life’s circumstances more effectively to be well.
My goal as a therapist is to ensure children, teens and adults leave each session knowing they are supported, seen and valued. My style is collaborative; I believe in relational power and working together. I am here as a partner and provide a safe space to encourage processing, learning and unlearning, healing, growing and becoming.
I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma, relationship challenges, identity, self-esteem, substance use, behavioral challenges, burnout, parenting concerns, grief and more.
I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Christian University, and my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. I was born and raised in Colorado. Outside of my practice, you will find me reading, singing, trying new food spots, and traveling with my daughter.
