About Desirae Osley

Desirae Osley is a licensed associate marriage and family therapist (LAMFT) working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. She believes every client deserves a space where they can be honest about what they’re carrying, without fear of judgment.

Desirae takes a systemic approach to therapy, drawing on Contextual Family Therapy, Systems Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients understand not just what they’re struggling with, but why. She works with anxiety, depression, relationship and family concerns, emotional regulation,
communication, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress management.

Rather than offering quick fixes, Desirae helps clients recognize the patterns behind their current struggles and build practical tools to work through them. Her goal is steady, lasting change, not just relief in the moment.

Identity and culture shape how people experience the world, and Desirae brings that awareness into the room. She works with clients of all backgrounds and is committed to making therapy feel like a place where they can show up as themselves.
