About Courtney Keller

Courtney is a Social Work Trainee studying at Cleveland State University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, and is expected to graduate in 2027. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wright State University.

With her background in healthcare, Courtney utilized what she learned in this space to better understand and meet the needs of her passion population: first responders and fellow healthcare workers. With her insider’s knowledge, she brings compassion and humor into the room to help equip clients with the tools they need to thrive in these pressure cooker environments. Courtney also enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community, those exploring faith and identity, and clients navigating grief and loss.

Her approach is grounded in a humanistic, person-centered style, supported by techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She helps clients build skills to manage intense emotions and difficult moments, while also helping them become curious and honest about what they truly want out of life and what might be standing in their way.

When she’s not in the office, Courtney is usually buried in a history book, playing video games, or studying a new language or culture.
