Elizabeth is a Licensed Social Worker in Colorado who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. Originally from the Midwest, she earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa.
Elizabeth is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, while providing practical, evidence-based tools to help clients make meaningful changes. She believes therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Elizabeth draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while also incorporating DBT-informed techniques to help clients build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective coping. By integrating these approaches, Elizabeth works collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, build on strengths, and develop strategies that feel practical and sustainable.
She also offers faith-integrated therapy for clients who desire it. For those who want their Christian faith to be part of the therapeutic process, she welcomes the opportunity to incorporate religious and spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic journey.
Elizabeth understands that beginning therapy can feel intimidating. She strives to create an environment that feels safe, genuine, and grounded in trust, meeting clients where they are and helping them move toward greater overall well-being.
