I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with teens ages 14+, adults, and couples. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, isolation, and times when they may feel stuck or unsure of what comes next.
My approach is collaborative and creative. I use narrative therapy to help clients explore their life stories and develop new ways of understanding themselves and their experiences. I also incorporate CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive writing, and creative activities such as journaling, poetry, songwriting, and short stories when they fit the client’s needs.
I have experience working with veterans through the VA, as well as individuals who are visually impaired or deaf. I also enjoy working with college students who may be adjusting to new environments, feeling isolated, navigating major life changes, or trying to find their direction. Additionally, I have experience supporting older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment to life changes.
I enjoy helping clients feel heard, make sense of difficult experiences, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in social work from Rhode Island College.
