About Tracey Limone
Tracey Limone earned a BA from the American College of London and her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University.
Her personal life experiences and advocacy work, bring a unique perspective to counseling. This includes working with children, adolescents and adults, families and individuals, across an assorted range of behavioral health areas. In addition, her field experience in community settings, agency and clinical, offer a diverse perspective on mental health care. Tracey is also a Lyme disease advocate and has helped many individuals dealing with chronic illness.
Her primary focus is to establish and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, understanding, and respect. She enjoys her work as a therapist immensely and is honored to support her clients as they work to accomplish their goals.
Tracey enjoys every minute she has with her three children, traveling to interesting places, playing tennis and walks with her Golden Retriever Sunny.
