Hello! I’m Michael, and I am excited to bring my passion and therapy skills to Ellie Mental Health. I have a diverse background working with individuals and families across various demographics and development stages including experience with children, teens, and adults. I use a multitude of methods to work with the many different types of struggles and difficulties that a client may present. I believe in providing a balanced therapeutic environment that mixes feelings of brightness and comfort, with seriousness and productivity. I am a big advocate for taking small steps to reach a goal, and you taking the time to read this shows you’re already getting your journey started.
In my spare time, I like to play music, get involved in creative work like journaling or art, and spend time outside, whether it be with a nice walk or soaking up some sunlight and fresh air.
