Brianna uses a flexible, individualized approach that incorporates talk therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. She draws from these approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals, recognizing that no two individuals require exactly the same approach.
