Being dually licensed as a mental health practitioner and behavior analyst, I take a behavior-analytic approach to therapy. My clinical training at the Munroe-Meyer Institute has shaped my passion for working with children, teens, and families, particularly those navigating Autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and phobias.
I believe in helping clients and families understand the “why” behind behaviors while developing practical strategies that fit their everyday lives. My approach incorporates evidence-based interventions with an emphasis on values alignment and helping clients build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I also enjoy providing caregiver guidance around challenging behaviors and supporting families navigating divorce and separation, with a focus on healthy communication and effective co-parenting.
With older teens, I also provide support with career exploration, vocational skills, independence, and preparing for life beyond high school. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where children feel understood and caregivers feel empowered.
All of this work happens alongside my sidekick, Peaches, who is currently training to become a therapy dog and future Ellie employee!
