Elsa works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation,
relationships, life transitions, self-confidence, trauma, and other mental health concerns. She
enjoys working with clients at different stages of life and meeting each individual where they
are.

Elsa has experience supporting anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. Her areas of specialty
include social and emotional challenges, relationship concerns, self-esteem, trauma histories
and adjustment to life changes. She has a particular niche in working with neurodivergent
clients and helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills,
and build confidence in their everyday lives.
Treatment approaches:
Elsa draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy. She incorporates practical
strategies and creative, individualized interventions based on each client’s needs, age, and
goals. Grounded in a Person-Centered approach, Elsa recognizes that each client is the expert
in their own life.

Elsa provides a warm, supportive, and authentic approach to therapy. She strives to create a
space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, heard without judgment, and
supported in making meaningful changes. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and
works alongside clients to develop strategies that feel not only realistic, but also meaningful to
their lives.
Education & Credentials:
Elsa earned both her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Child &
Adolescent specialty and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University. She is
a Licensed Professional Counselor in training
